Carpet Inspection
Our carpet technicians inspect your home or office carpets to determine the condition, stain extent, and the fiber. Inspection is the best time for us to address your concerns- show us the stains that rile you, the traffic areas riddled with age, and we’ll do our best to provide a solution. We then discuss the best cleaning method that suits your carpet and set your most convenient time for cleanup.
Vacuuming
Next, we perform thorough vacuuming to loosen the dirt and remove the top-layer dust to make the cleaning process more manageable.(This depends on the cleaning package you choose. Vacuuming is not standard with a basic carpet cleaning)
Move Light Furniture
We only move lightweight furniture like chairs, small tables, etc. If you want heavy furniture or fragiles cleaned under them, you will need to remove the pieces prior to cleaning. We don't move heavy furniture, breakables, or electronics per insurance liability. This is true for all cleaning companies.
Conditioning and treatment
Before the cleaning process, we condition and treat spots and high traffic lanes to loosen and break up the tough stains. Our cleaning products are eco-friendly, family, and pet-safe.
Steam Cleaning
We use a hot water extraction cleaner to clean the carpet, leaving no spot untouched. The water is at 240 degrees, high enough to get rid of stains and dirt yet conducive to preserve your carpet make and fibers. Our high-power industrial-grade machine makes the rinsing process easier, faster, and residual free. You won’t have to agonize over long drying hours because our hot water extraction system has high suction power for quicker drying.
Raking of Carpet
Sloppy fibers give your carpet a dull and unfinished look. We may use a quality rake to undo matted fibers and give your carpet a bright, finished appearance. Carpets which don't require raking will not be raked. This is also done to reset the pile and carpet fibers.
Deodorizer
We may apply deodorizer after the cleaning of your carpet to give it a nice pleasant scent. This will depend on the carpet cleaning package you choose.
Post Cleaning Inspection
After Cleaning, clients inspect the carpet to determine if we met their expectations. It rarely happens, but if you are unsatisfied with our services, we offer a re-clean of the affected spot(s) at no extra costs.
Here is what you need to know before getting estimates
Not all room prices will be the same. Different sized bedrooms and rooms will be priced differently. We have different prices for rooms that are standard size (150 sq ft) vs rooms that are larger. Basic carpet cleaning does not remove pet stains or bad odors. Extra processes and cleaning solutions need to be done in order to remove these.
Pet stains and odors are extra. We keep our prices low and competitive by having la-carte options. By failing to disclose pet stains to the company prior to their arrival you will not be getting the right price, which will change after inspection. Many customers who attempt to cleaning the pet stains prior to cleaning end up causing the stain to set in some situations. Most things they sell at your local store to clean pet stains will do more harm to your carpet than good.
This is a fact. None of the cleaning solutions we use are sold in stores. We only purchase our cleaning solutions from suppliers in our industry. These cleaning solutions are properly formulated by chemists . The wrong chemistry used in your carpet can cause problems. Price of cleaning per room is the same empty or full of furniture.
The same is true for rooms that are not that dirty. If you would like the full room cleaned, rooms should be empty prior to scheduling an appointment. Heavily soiled and stained rooms require restorative cleaning, which is more cost than basic cleaning.
