David was great to deal with and came to the house gave us a quote, scheduled us and turned up right on time. our floors look amazing now. after buying the house last year we didn't realize how much they needed a deep clean, the grout really comes up and looks like a fresh tile job, this tile is 20 years old.

If your are getting your area rugs cleaned please locate all the stains you want to point to us prior to our arrival.
Pick up anything off the area rugs or oriental carpet so we can begin cleaning once we arrive.
Move all breakable furniture to a safe location off our your rugs.
If you have small furniture please move it out of the way.
Though we are pet owners and pet lovers please have your pets put away prior to our arrival. We don't want your pet escaping as we come in and out of the house.
If we are taking your area rugs off-site please have them rolled and ready to go.
Carpets take an average of 4 to 8 hours to dry. This also depends on level of humidity. Please run your air conditioner to assist in speedy dry times. The air conditioner helps remove the moisture from the air and carpet. Leaving windows or doors open will prolong dry times.

Carpet manufacturers recommend carpets be steam cleaned every six months. Depending on how new your carpets are this may be a requirement to keep the warranty active for newer carpets.
Carpets that are older should be cleaned at least twice a year if they have heavy traffic and or you want to maintain the life of your carpet.
If we are able to cleaning your synthetic area rugs on-site the price will be cheaper as we are not picking it up and dropping it off. We are simply cleaning the top of the area rug with a carpet cleaning wand.
For natural fiber area rugs and oriental rugs we will take them off site to our rug cleaning plant. The process is more involved. Your rugs will be full saturated in a washpit and will go through an extensive cleaning and drying process.
We also take synthetic area rugs which contain urine off-site to go through the wash pit process. This will be needed to properly flush urine from the carpets.
